Viveiros hands off announcing reins at Makawao Rodeo

MAKAWAO --- After 30 years in the saddle as a rodeo announcer, cowboy and paniolo legend, Sam Viveiros has handed off the reins. Viveiros was the voice of the Makawao Rodeo from 1978, when he was asked to handle the role on the fly, though last year.
